Dr. Joseph Quatrochi on the Boot Camp Hub Program

Dr Quatrochi"The Boot Camp Hub Program takes a straight-forward approach to exercise and nutrition, without the empty promises so common in many other programs. I have been in the health and fitness field for over two decades and am happy to endorse Boot Camp Hub as a quality program that is based on science, and not just on hype.

The Boot Camp Hub's interval training program is unique, progressive, and highly-effective for promoting both fitness and weight loss. In addition, by varying the intensity of the workouts, Boot Camp Hub encourages participants to continue their program and not "drop out" once they have begun their new healthful habits."
